Tasks: Responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of quality assurance, including customer representation, customer claim handling (sorting instructions, costs, returned parts analysis), proper and accurate documentation: PPAP, requalification, failure catalogue, boundary samples), preparation and leading of customer audits, maintain in green status the customer portals, respond 8D requests in time, organize customer visits, execute warranty analysis.
