Represent SAMSUNG SDI towards its OEM customers for lithium-ion battery productsSupport new project launch (APQP, PPAP) and production ramp-up activities in a high scale industry leading environmentManage customer claims with problem solving process (8D method - failure analysis, problem solving, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions).
