Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for our partner who is a big player on the Hungarian market in pet food. Your tasks will include: Daily order taking via telephone, email, webshop & Sales Consultants (from Hungarian retail clients) Communication with B2B customers about topics related to business (e.g.: orders, wrong delivery, delayed delivery...)
