Field Service Engineer

Field issue support and analysis including inspecting defective product and provide appropriate corrective actions and solutions Provide engineering support, root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex quality field issues Act as liaison between factory and customer service to expedite communication on quality issues, and work closely with manufacturing engineers to provide solution Gather and analyze product quality data from the field that is related to customer service calls, repairs, and returns in order to identify quality issues or unexpected symptoms of products Analyze Service quality and report reasons for repeat repair and provide corrective actions Work with other subsidiaries, departments, and teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
