Our partner is a rapidly growing company in the automotive industry and they are on a lookout for a highly organized, independent candidate to join them as an office coordinator & personal assistant.
If you speak Chinese (preferably on a native level) and has relevant experince for this role, do not hesitate to apply!
In this role, your tasks will include:
creating and maintaining admin processes and procedures,
providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office environment,
supporting the managing director in daily administrative tasks,
organizing events and travels,
assisting in fleet management,
managing courier service,
being responsible for facility management and keeping contact with vendors,
managing office supplies.
