Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Payroll Specialist who consolidates and coordinates the country-level payroll processes, review the outsourced processes and simplificate the local ones. Main responsibilities: Act as first point of contact towards Country, Payroll vendor, Benefits vendors and employees, e.g. handle questions, ad hoc requests, problems, issues and escalations Support payroll projects as required Oversight of Payroll Service Delivery Measure satisfaction and develop & communicate action plan to mitigate any operational risk or to resolve escalated issues Consistently follow defined Payroll & Benefits processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value, propose & make improvements Support internal & external payroll & benefits audits Coordinatin...
