Our partner is a multinational information technology services and consulting company, who is looking for a Trainer for German speaking support groups. Main responsibilities: Design training content, consult stakeholders to find a suitable schedule for the training and impart training on Product, Service, Processes Systems, soft skills and mock call certification.
