Use BI tools (Iview, Celonis, etc.) to identify opportunities utilising process mining capabilities, to support E2E SCM processes aimed at optimization of operations and value creation through Operational Excellence. Analyze performance & process KPI's and develop and implement in collaboration with OneSCM, VOIS and stakeholders corrective measures.Monitor process performance, ensure compliance with controls, and agreed performance metrics.
