Provide selected onsite IT installations and support in Hungary, accordingly to planned and ongoing events.Active participation during store opening/closing is one of the responsibilities of this position.Cooperate with HW/SW suppliers and other IT partners, including ISP companies.Manage communication between HQ and local Business Coordinators.Undertake day-to-day Service Desk operations ensuring that incidents, service requests, and project works are effectively supported.To install pre-defined computer 'images' onto desktop and laptop computers and install or re-install applications onto PCs in line with current installation procedures.Work with Service desk where required including ticket solving and replying to service requests.
